The Truncali family has owned and operated this farm for over 95 years. The property is comprised of 3 parcels totaling 113 acres, primarily used to harvest Apples, Pears and Plums along with a variety of smaller fruits. The farm operation includes a 15,000 SF packing and cold storage facility along with automated sorting and packing equipment. There are 3 shipping docks along with a 5,000 SF workshop for farm equipment maintenance and storage. This operation derives income from several sources: 1) Farming itself, 2) Rents from apartments / homes, and 3) Cold Storage leasing in it's two newly renovated high bay Cold Storage rooms totaling 7,000 SF. Current production capacity is about 40,000 bushels per year. The apple crop includes a mix a traditional and high density planting techniques with irrigation systems.
